Standard payroll package

As a UK employer with one or more employees you are responsible for ensuring HM Revenue and Customs deductions are made on a regular basis. Payments to HMRC together with employers national insurance need to be paid regularly and on time, to avoid incurring penalties. Our hassle free payroll service can take the pressure off you and meet all these requirements.

In addition the payroll software we use ensures full compliance with ever changing UK legislation, giving you the reassurance that you are always up-to-date.

  • Choice of weekly, two weekly, four weekly or monthly payroll
  • All modifications to employee details during the year
  • Customised payslips offered
  • Direct bill payments, cheque list or cash analysis
  • Payroll, National Insurance and Tax Summaries
  • End of year reports (P35/P60/P14) submitted electronically direct to HMRC
  • Leavers and P45s
  • P32’s (monthly or quarterly as required) and completion of HMRC payslip booklet
  • SSP, SMP, SPP, pension and student loan deductions
  • 48 hour turn around on payroll
  • At year end all figures are reconciled, P60s printed and P14 and P35 information submitted on-line to HM Revenue and Customs

  • Creation and validation of a Bill Transfer file
  • Reconciliation and agreements of payments
  • Transfer direct into employee bank account
  • At year end all figures are reconciled, P60s printed and P14 and P35 information submitted on-line to HM Revenue and Customs

In addition to your regular payroll requirements, for a small charge we also offer telephone exit and starter interviews with your employees, followed up with a written report.
